Returns Refund Policy

TrafficKontrol.com offers a 30-day conditional return policy for eligible items, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. All returns must comply with these requirements to be accepted.

 

Conditions for Returns

  1. Authorization and RMA Number:

    • All returns require prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • To obtain an RMA number, contact our Customer Service Department at.

    • Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted or refunded.

  2. Restocking Fee:

    • Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except in cases where the incorrect item was shipped due to a TrafficKontrol.com shipping error.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Special orders, custom items, logoed items, or items with custom artwork.

    • Non-resalable condition (e.g., used or damaged items).

    • Items with damage not reported to the carrier and TrafficKontrol.com at the time of receipt.

  4. Manufacturer Warranty and Defective Parts:

    • Please report defective items upon receipt. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of damage.
    • Replacements are subject to the manufacturer’s discretion and warranty policies.
    • For defective or non-working replaceable parts (eg. Reflective collars), TrafficKontrol.com reserves the right to replace only the defective components rather than the entire item.
  5. Shipping Charges:

    • Shipping costs for returns, both to and from TrafficKontrol.com, are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a merchandise defect or a shipping error by TrafficKontrol.com.

  6. Delivery and Timing:

    • TrafficKontrol.com strives to deliver orders on time. However, unless a specific delivery time is agreed upon at the time of sale, we are not responsible for delays or late shipments.

    • Returns will not be accepted based solely on late delivery.

    • Guaranteed shipping options (e.g., Expedited LTL, special liftgate service, overnight, or second-day air) are available for many items. Contact our Customer Service team for details and associated fees.

Return Requirements

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Items must be undamaged, unused, and include all original components and packaging materials.
